How We Work
We are a local waterproofing team. We inspect first, explain the options in plain language, and quote after we see how water is getting in. The goal is a dry basement you can finish, rent, or leave as storage without watching the weather.

On-Site Inspection
Most calls start the same way: water after a thaw, a musty century cellar, or a crack that only weeps in storms. We inspect the basement and the grade first.

A Written Scope
If a crack repair will do, we say so. If the wall needs excavation, we say that too. Every quote states what is covered before work starts.

Licensed and Insured
We are licensed and insured for residential waterproofing in Orillia and nearby towns. You deal with the crew that will do the work.
